Re: Sean Taylor NFLN tribute

Thank you for posting that. I hadn't seen it yet. It still breaks my heart to know that he's gone. I've lost many loved ones in my life, including both parents, and I know how his family feels right now. They say time heals all wounds, but nothing ever truly eases the pain of losing someone you love so much.

I would like to take a moment to say thank you to all who are responsible for this site. I am a lifelong 'Skins fan who grew up in Virginia and now lives in South Carolina. The area that I live in now is made up of mostly people from New York, Massachusetts, and Ohio so I don't get to "talk 'Skins" with fellow fans all that often. This site has provided me with a place to go to when I need to feel closer to my team and others who feel the same way I do about the 'Skins.

Re: Sean Taylor NFLN tribute

I still find myself shaking my head in disbelief. I'm still reeling from the loss of my favorite Redskins player of all time. I have been a fan since 1972 and I have seen some great ones don the uniform. Sean was well on his way to becoming one of the best ever. Thanks for the video, my first time seeing it and it brought me to tears.

Re: Sean Taylor NFLN tribute

I'm 22 and I have been a fan for 15 years now. This is the first time that I can actually say I don't enjoy watching the games right now. I'm glad our team has won two in a row, but to tell you the truth. I just want this season to end. The last three years thats all I talked about was Taylor and how good he was. He wasn't even at his peak and that makes it even worst. I don't know what to say I'm still very sad over this and this video made me realize how sad I really am. I just really miss seeing him fly around the field. God he was a great player I don't know if I will ever get over this one.

Re: Sean Taylor NFLN tribute

It's been a month since he left us, and I still can't get over it. That video brought me to tears, it's just another grim reminder that life can be taken away from us in a moment's notice. Thanks for posting this video Matty, I wouldn't have seen it otherwise, and thanks to NFLN for such a great tribute video.

Re: Sean Taylor NFLN tribute

I hadn't seen this tribute - thanks for posting. Deion and Mariuchi looked especially touched by the entire episode, as both looked close to tears just talking about the loss to the football world, but even moreso the loss to Sean's family. It's still hard to believe that he's gone.
