| Re: Mock Draft Commentary As the representative for both the Titans and the Browns, I made the trade to the Titans as the Browns for the number three pick in the draft. I selected DeAngelo Williams to give (who I feel will be the best back in the draft) the Browns a great skill player at each position. As the Titans I will be taking the Browns spot at #12 and will also be taking a sescond round selection.

| Re: Mock Draft Commentary Reggie was a no brainer. I do think the team will be better off with D'Brickashaw, but only slightly. What the Texans couldn't physically do with great pass blocking, can be done with play action if the back commands respect. Reggie is the one of 2 players in the draft that commands this type of respect. A trade down was not possible.

| Re: Mock Draft Commentary Right, I just really don't see Bush being the elite back he is being billed as. I just look at his entire team and they were basically all-stars (hence my reasoning behind taking DW). DW played on a no-name team and put up HUGE numbers. I was also considering Maroney. I don't think that Droughns is the answer for the Browns.

| Re: Mock Draft Commentary lol. if you've sent out PM's with trade offers, just send me a PM with the player you would take and if no one accepts the trade by a certain time, I'll have you make the pick.

You have been booted. I am now the Titans, and I say no thankyou. LEINART Norm Chow as OC makes this pick a no brainer.

But Leinart is the better QB, so why wouldn't you take him!

| Re: Mock Draft Commentary I wanted to trade with the jets, but they wouldn't budge. so i took the best player available after bush, which is mario williams. a franchise DE of his caliber is simply rare, and that should help fill a glaring hole in their defense.

| Re: Mock Draft Commentary shit! i missed it! I was going to take Leinhert if he was there anyways, with the Mcnair situation and all. I thought he'd go # 2 for sure. So how are we doing this? is there a time limit. Can I get my team back? How many rounds are we going? I am full of questions.

| Re: Mock Draft Commentary i'd like to go 7 rounds, but that'd only work if people want to actually do some in depth research.

| Re: Mock Draft Commentary The Jets elect to take a safe pick and go with a franchise left tackle, D'Brickashaw Ferguson. GM Matty K was hoping to see Matt Leinart fall to him at #4, and even though Vince Young is a very attractive prospect and the kind of name that will put butts in the seats in Giants Stadium, the lure of plugging in a young building block like Ferguson was just too great. The Jets aren't completely satisfied with their QB situation, but with Pennington and Ramsey they feel comfortable enough to either take a QB later in the draft or address it in the near future. |
