| Re: With the #1 Overall Pick, The Redskins Select... Mario Willams or D'Brick would be the best fit for the team but... I still take Bush. Don't think twice.

A quote in ESPN i found interesting, "He had 177 total yards against Texas in the Rose Bowl, on only 19 touches. After that game, everybody called him a disappointment." With his abilities I would find it hard for him not to be an unbelievable player in the NFL.

That said, he is unproven. He hasn't done anything in the NFL yet, he could get shut down for all anyone knows. I'd be willing to bet that he won't, but I've been wrong before. However, it's my opinion that we should go after a TE because the O still needs to catch up to the D. Also, I don't ever remember talking about being comfortable with the money we spent on our WR's.

| Re: With the #1 Overall Pick, The Redskins Select... You don't pass up Bush period. He would look like Bo Jackson in Tecmo Bowl in Al Saunders' system. Have you seen that still shot where the Notre Dame linebacker is in mid air putting on the textbook tackle? Too bad Reggie is six feet in the air and jumping over him like Vince Carter did to that 7'0 French guy. |
