Griffin ran a 4.51 40-yard dash, had a 37 1/2-inch vertical jump, a 10-foot, five-inch long jump, a 4.19-second short shuttle and completed 12 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press. He measured in at 5-foot-10 1/4 and 196 pounds.

Updating a previous item, Daniel Mogollon, of NFLDraftBible.com, reports University of Texas DT Frank Okam was impressive at his Pro Day Wednesday, March 19. He checked in at 335 pounds, down from the 347 pounds he weighed at the NFL Scouting Combine. He ran the 40-yard dash in 5.1-second range and the 20-yard shuttle in 4.5-second range, both improvements over his previous numbers. He also measured a 27 1/2-inch vertical jump, up from 23 inches at the combine.

Sweed ran a 4.50 40-yard dash, had a 37 1/2-inch vertical jump, a 10-foot, eight-inch long jump, a 4.33-second short shuttle and a 7.14-second cone drill. He measured in at 6-foot-4 1/4 and 210 pounds.

Found it! He scored a six and then suddenly some guys who tested him said that it was wrong and he actually got a 16.

Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports University of Louisville WR Patrick Carter worked out at his school's Pro Day Monday, March 24. Carter ran a 4.44 and 4.38 40-yard dash, had a 37-inch vertical jump, a 10-foot, one-inch long jump, a 4.23-second short shuttle, a 6.80-second cone drill and completed 15 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press. He measured in at 6-foot-2 3/8 and 199 pounds.

Josh Buchanan, of NFLDraftBible.com, reports Carson-Newman WR James Banks worked out at his school's Pro Day Tuesday, March 25. Banks ran a 4.51 and 4.58 40-yard dash, a 1.50 and 1.58-second 10-yard split, a 2.61 and 2.67-second 20-yard split, a 4.19-second 20-yard shuttle, had a 41 1/2-inch vertical jump and had a 6.56-second three-cone drill.

.............banks is 6'2" 202lbs, since it's not mentioned....

John Murphy, of Yahoo! Sports, reports Louisiana State DL Glenn Dorsey worked out for scouts at LSU's Pro Day Wednesday, March 26. Dorsey ran between a 5.08 and 5.14 40-yard dash, had a 25 1/2-inch vertical jump, an eight-foot, four-inch broad jump, a 4.92-second short shuttle, a 7.61-second three-cone drill and completed 27 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press. He measured in at 6-foot-1 3/4 and 297 pounds. His arm measured 34 5/8 inches and his hand measured 10 inches.

.........didn't really help or hurt his stock. fairly solid, but expected............

NFL | Lockett works out at Pro Day

J.J. Pesavento, of Next Level Scouting, reports Urbana DL Kyle Lockett measured a height of 6-foot-3 7/8 and a weight of 300 pounds at Ohio State's Pro Day. He ran the 40-yard dash in 5.20 seconds and completed 26 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press. He measured a 29-inch vertical jump and an 8-foot-5 broad jump. Lockett will hold an individual workout for a few teams in the near future.

John Garrett, of NFLDraftBible.com, reports Rutgers WR James Townsend ran the 40-yard dash in 4.39 seconds, the short shuttle in 4.10 seconds, the long shuttle in 11.36 seconds and the three-cone drill in 6.78 seconds. He measured a 41 1/2-inch vertical jump, an 11-foot-5 broad jump and completed 21 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.

NFL | Rice does limited work at Pro Day

John Garrett, of NFLDraftBible.com, reports Rutgers RB Ray Rice did not run in the 40-yard dash at his Pro Day. He improved his vertical jump to 39 1/2 inches and a 10-foot-1 broad jump. He lowered his short shuttle to 4.17 seconds and finished the long shuttle in 11.22 seconds.
