Re: Malcolm Kelly profile

I'm very scared that this guy is Brandon Lloyd 2.0. Though he does seem a lot tougher. However the complaining about the surface (Lloyd blaming Campbell during the Saints game) and his rap career (Lloyd was a rapper) scares the shit out of me. Not to mention the guy is burried on the depth chart for now.

Also did anyone notice his WTF reaction when he got drafted? I mean it was very similar to my reaction and maybe thats a minor point but hey.

I really hope that he pans out though, and he doesn't seem like a bad prospect, but I got a bad feeling about this guy. Hopefully the fact that he's burried on the depth chart will get him to work his ass off, and in the end make him a better player. Right now though I'm praying that we get Gary Clark 2.0 not B. Lloyd 2.0.

Re: Malcolm Kelly profile

I think the whole pre-draft workout stuff got overblown and yeah Kelly didn't handle it the best but I'm willing to cut him some slack on it for now. He's young and will hopefully learn from it.

Re: Malcolm Kelly profile

I'm excited about Kelly. Especially because we got him late in the 2nd round, as opposed to the 1st round

I was disappointed in his reaction following his workouts (I didn't notice anything odd about his reaction on Saturday), but it wouldn't be fair to judge him solely on that. I've heard nothing to indicate that this is a pattern for him.

I'm going to go ahead and call it, Malcolm Kelly will lead all NFL rookies in receptions next season.

To the guy who creates new avatars: Wheres the avatars for Kelly, Thomas, and Davis. Also would love to see a Mix avatar not to mention one for our new punter Brooks. Funny thing is you would think that after 1,700 post and two years on the forum I would know the name of the guy who makes the avatars.

Kinda reminds you of Art Monk, the way he talks. Eh?
