| Dream Draft Pick of the 2010 Draft How awesome would it be to draft DT Terrence Cody from Alabama 6'4 365 pounds. Even though I believe we need an o-lineman in the first round of the draft. Along with Haynesworth how would you defend that? Cody would demand a double team and Big Al would too with Orapko, Carter or Jarmon off the end. We would be similar to the Vikings with the Williams brothers. That would be great I doubt it would happen but it's nothing wrong with dreaming!!! |

| Re: Dream Draft Pick of the 2010 Draft Unless he can play both ways and is a stellar OT then I ain't buying this. We need an OT and OG that can start out of the draft next year. |

| Re: Dream Draft Pick of the 2010 Draft Russell Okung LT oklahoma state or Trent Williams of OU would be two of my dream picks right now. But should Campbell play by the whole season, then I'd go with Sam Bradford |

| Re: Dream Draft Pick of the 2010 Draft My dream pick would be S Eric Berry or S Taylor Mays to pair with Landry and put him back at his natural position. In the second round draft and throughout the draft would be nothing but o-lineman. That's my dream picks. Last edited by Sean"Big Hurt"Taylor; 09-18-2009 at 06:23 PM. Reason: not finished |

| Re: Dream Draft Pick of the 2010 Draft Dude don't click on the thread if it bs to you. The title is pretty clear on what you would be reading avoid the thread if you don't like it plain & simple. This thread is fictional if you could pick one an individual to join this team who would you choose. I believe i posted this in the right forum am i right? i believe this thread is not a duplicate thread am i right? See that's why folks can't enjoy s***, because folks like you stuck up post cops want to overreact about a casual thread. Are you even a mod WTF? Its more related to college football than anything so if you don't care about the draft why are posting in draft central forum? I swear people sometimes don't have s*** to do but b****!!! |

Pretty ironic too because how can a post about nothing be worthy of a post mentioning that it's nothing? ...it's kind of like Seinfield.

I would love if the Skins got Berry - I am a SC Gamecock fan and Berry is one bad ass safety who is going to be an incredible player in the NFL. Not sure if we are going to be able to get him though as I think our Skins are not going to be picking in the top ten next year. Other than that Skins need at least 2 offensive lineman picked next year or one drafted and one big time free agent. | |

Mississippi has produced several NFL stars: • The late Walter Payton retired from the Chicago Bears after the 1987 season as the league's all-time leading rusher with 16,726 yards. •Jerry Rice set the NCAA single-season record for touchdown catches (28) before playing 20 NFL seasons and establishing career records of 22,895 receiving yards and 197 receiving TDs. • Active pros include quarterbacks Brett Favre of the Green Bay Packers and Steve McNair of the Baltimore Ravens and wide receiver Eric Moulds of the Houston Texans. "You think about some of the state's pro athletes, Jerry Rice, Walter Payton, (punter) Ray Guy, they were the best at each one of those positions," Favre says. L.C Greenwood, Jackie Slater are also from Mississippi among many others not mentioned.

| Re: Dream Draft Pick of the 2010 Draft It's pretty early to say, but perhaps Okung. I don't know if he'll still be there at pick 32, though.

| Re: Dream Draft Pick of the 2010 Draft I would definitely go with a T.. It is far the most necessity position to upgrade.. Although we have Samuels and Heyer, but Samuels is getting old.. We will need someone to take over the spot when it is time.. Unless we know for sure that we can get a good 2nd rounder T, then I would draft a LB in 1st to play strongside LB so we can move Orakpo back to DE.. Even though Berry or Mays sounds pretty good pick; we already have Horton, Moore and Doughty.. Yes, they are not that good.. But I don't think we have that kind of luxury to use 1st round pick to "elevate" one of our positions, right when we have other priorities.. |
