Like I said in my original statement name me one good white running back in the NFL. Riggo played in the days when players ran 4.9's and there weren't really any 4.4 speed guys. He played in the days when a 300 lb lineman were a rarity.

And I've seen Gehrhart play and he's a great college guy but not an nfl guy. He's just like jacob hester IMO, and Hesters been pretty lame for the chargers so I say save this pick for an OLman
wow, that is probably one of the most racist things I have read on this forum. Do us a favor and open your mind a little.

Figured I'd bump this considering Gerhart's dominant performance against USC. I probably wouldn't draft the kid with the intention of making him a full time RB, but he's a heck of a player.
Yeah, the Toby Gerhart has a good track record, a a sort of power back with good speed.

But also have you guys seen Dexter McCluster. He is like Sproles/MJD. Blistering speed and quickness. He has good hands and an excellent KR. Might be worth a shot in a 2 RB system.

Actually it sounds like a good combo. I'm not familiar with McCluster but Gerhart looks pretty good to me. Who does McCluster play for? Does he play for Stanford too?

you guys are very uptight trying to make sure nobody gets their feelings hurt

you need to relax and understand that you can laugh and its ok to poke fun at people regardless of their race, gender, age, size, and religion

there is a picture going around the saints sites

people get mad and cuss others out because they think its blasphemy......i think thats hilarious because everyone knows god has a sense of humor.....heres your proof

sure there are limits to racism....but if you dont paint someone in a negative way then its all in good fun.....if you are looking down on a group of people like they are lesser then thats racist....but if you make a joke then its fair game.......but you're welcome to keep that stick up your butt

Tim Tebow. He makes everyone around him play better. Give him a year or two to develop and he could turn things around. I guarantee you he will not be a bust.

It just seems like to me Tebow has a hard time getting it down the field sometimes. He has a big wind up too. I really think he is the biggest question mark in the draft. One thing I know is Tebow is not going to be a able to run the ball in the NFL like he does now. I think if you list the best QBs right now the first tier is Bradford and Colt then you start talking about everyone else....Tebow, Clausen etc...I watched Clausen a ton this year, IMO he is really inconsistent with decision making but a second round pick is probably worth it, but he is a guy who is going to have to sit a year...Colt and Bradford could probably start now.....

He is a senior and if he is around with our second round pick we should take him.

They are not even close. Wuerffel was just a good QB. Tebow is a leader and a good QB. Tebow has the we are not going to lose attitude.

Agreed. He can not run in the NFL like he is in college but I am sure he still could be worth a couple good runs a game. I think he will have to modify his game a bit but I think he could be a good QB with good coaching.

Re: Our 2010 First Round Draft Pick Should Be...

We can draft Tebow in the 2nd round...... but our first pick, cause it looks like we be a top 5 lottery team....... OL, but that all depends on if chris Samuels is coming back, i hope he can for another year, damn sure keep levi jones, tell stephon heyer to kiss our ass on his way out the fucking door.......say by to Clinton Portis, i seen enough from rock to keep him, betts and draft a stud in the 3rd round maybe late 2nd.... Trade Cooley, this will assure a top 2nd rounder or late first cause the Kid of of USC is panning out say by to santana moss, cause one of these kids we drafted need to step up and having kelly and thomas out there, keep randel for vet. leadership..... on D. Rogers, phillips, wynn and im sorry Fletcher needs to go, we need to get younger on D, switch to a 3-4 move Landry back to SS, draft a potental FS or maybe get one in Free Agency O.J. Atogwe, St. Louis Rams, or Antoine Bethea, Indianapolis Colts, next year starting next to D. Hall Should be Kevin Barnes and we draft a MLB....... this my formula!!!!
