| Re: NFL draft topped NBA playoffs in TV ratings no surprise there. I love the nba playoffs, but since they started best 4 of 7 in the 1st round, after an 82 game reg. season it makes it hard to get too excited about early 1st round games. Good example of why I don't want the nfl to expand its reg. season or the no. of playoff teams. |

| Re: NFL draft topped NBA playoffs in TV ratings As much as Michael Jordan raised the NBA profile I think he also damaged it. Once people realized that the only teams that win championships are the ones with the once in a generation player surrounded by decent talent the interest started to wane. Parity in the NBA is horrible. NHL, MLB, and NFL all have a true anything can happen culture. The NBA, you're pretty safe guessing that someone named Kobe, Lebron, or Duncan is going to win the title.

| Re: NFL draft topped NBA playoffs in TV ratings they got less viewers cause the nba sucks, professional basketball is a terrible indiviual sport, it's fun to play but it is horrible to watch the nba on tv

| Re: NFL draft topped NBA playoffs in TV ratings No real big surprise. I only wish we could see more football. I still think that if you put on nfl uniforms to the Arena League, they would have better ratings. I would love to watch the Redskins play. Even if i dont know who is playing on the team. I would learn and would root for them.

| Re: NFL draft topped NBA playoffs in TV ratings I would like to have a Redskins team play in the Arena Football League. You know have them wear their uniforms. Not the same players but have arena league players just wear the B & G.

| Re: NFL draft topped NBA playoffs in TV ratings agree 100%. the nba was pretty awesome back in the late 80's-early 90's. after that, for some reason, it just really lost it's luster.
