| Houston, Ballard fail draft drug tests Report: Christian Ballard, Justin Houston flunked combine drug tests - NFL - Yahoo! Sports Notice that Mallett is not on the list. Smoking weed is pretty minor. That said, smoking weed before you know you will be drug tested is reckless and dumb.
