| Re: Redskins Potentially Interested in Trading Up For Gabbert I don't think they're bluffing on Miller. I think they waited until they could verify that Newton would go no. 1, and then showed their hand in an attempt to be able to get value in terms of a trade on the pick. I think they'll opt not to trade (at the last moment), and take Miller.

| Re: Redskins Potentially Interested in Trading Up For Gabbert I wouldn't discount Miller either. Broncos have plenty of good choices at 2

| Re: Redskins Potentially Interested in Trading Up For Gabbert My best guess as of right now for the Redskins is: no trade from no. 10, taking Robert Quinn. But I don't really know anything anyway, so this is just a fun read. LiveBall Sports’ 2011 NFL Mock Draft (Final Version 2.0) « LiveBall Sports I'll be updating through the night.

| Re: Redskins Potentially Interested in Trading Up For Gabbert I've got a feeling that Gabbert might be our guy. I think we get him in a trade up. Just a gut feeling, which I'm always wrong on when it comes to the Skins! |

| Re: Redskins Potentially Interested in Trading Up For Gabbert I dont think he has bust as in Cam Newton potential, but there is always potential. I think he is much safer than Cam, but coaches are gonna change his mechanics and that gimmick offense inflates his numbers in the big 12 which loves to throw the ball around. I know he is a smart kid which is a big plus and his size is ideal, I think he is a first round talent, 10 is high though. Whomever we get ill be behind, I just want the right pick at good value like everyone, but there are more solid players at differenct positions than QB this draft.

| Re: Redskins Potentially Interested in Trading Up For Gabbert Shanny also said that trading up is not likely yesterday. I don't know if it's smoke screens or true intentions. Another interesting point he made was that he only feels comfortable at safety and tight end. Otherwise all positions, in his opinion, are needs which can be assessed in the draft. I would have to agree with that assessment.

| Re: Redskins Potentially Interested in Trading Up For Gabbert The thing with his offense is that it still required quick passes and decisions. I think that is a plus, because he has to make reads and smart choices, a key skill needed in the NFL. Didn't Big Ben also run a similar offense in college?

I think he's the best player in the draft.
