| Re: NFL Draft Day 2: Predictions Personally I think if we want Dalton we can get him. 4 QB's in the top 12 helps us out a lot if we want to take a QB like Dalton. Buffalo - I really think for better or worse they're not taking a QB opting to see what Fitz can do. Cinncinatti - Taking a QB this early means admitting that Carson Palmer is not coming back. Broncos - Apparently the strategy was to take Von Miller early and take advantage of a deep DT class in the second. I'm guessing Austin or Paea goes here. Cardinals - They seem dedicated to getting a veteran. Either Bulger or Kolb. I say they won't be able to protect either one when we play them. PS: Fair warning. Ricky Stanzi is a hick.

| Re: NFL Draft Day 2: Predictions Not a prediction but my hope: 41. Paea 49. Wisniewski Adding three good "blue collar" linemen in the first two rounds would be a dream come true for me. That's the way to build a team! |

Seems to me that stuffing the run up the middle has to be a big priority. Not sure if the remaining D-linemen are suited for a NT in the 3-4 though. Still, we have so many needs, I don't think I'll be disappointed in any position they decide to take. | |

| Re: NFL Draft Day 2: Predictions I'm predicting one trade down and with our remaining second round pick a Wide Receiver, because lets face it. Anthony Armstrong + Malcolm Kelly doesn't cut it.

| Re: NFL Draft Day 2: Predictions I think at this point a QB pick would be a waste of a pick. I think Shanny had a hard on for Locker and Ponder and they are off the board so why waste a 2nd rounder on a clip board holder, rather address other needs.

| Re: NFL Draft Day 2: Predictions I'd have to concur. The track record for 2nd round QBs hasn't been stellar lately. There are way too many other pressing issues right now. |
