| Re: 2012 QB Class It's settled then Foles and Moore 2012!! Seriously though, I'll have to go back and watch tonight's game. But like I said he came to campus with Matt Barkley, and-jeez I'm drawing a blank on the other guys-I want to say Ryan Lindley and some other dude. Anyhow, Foles showed the strongest, most accurate arm of the three. Easily

| Re: 2012 QB Class I think part of the reason foles isn't getting much respect from the scouts (or hype I should say) is because he plays on a bad team, whose a bottom dweller in their conference, much like Jake Locker with washington (the only difference is that Locker was hyped up whereas Foles isn't because of Luck and Barkley)

| Re: 2012 QB Class Haven't watched any OK football, but has Landry Jones regressed? I thought most analysts considered him just behind Luck. There's alot of football left to be played this year. My guess is we'll draft in the 13-17 range. If so, we could potentially move up to a top 5 or 6 and the cost wouldn't kill us. It helps that the worst teams don't need qb's. Indi, Car, St Louis don't need a qb but each could and might take Luck. I don't think Carolina would but Indi and St Louis might. |

| Re: 2012 QB Class The thing I don't like about Landry Jones' prospects with the Skins is, he is a career 20% passer outside the pocket. Between our o-line and his inaccuracies outside the pocket, I can see him really struggling in Shanny's roll out/boot leg system.

The only way I can imagine St. Louis drafting a QB is if Bradford has a career ending injury. They have enough other needs that overshadow QB like their oline and a potential heir to S. Jackson among other things. I'm not a fan of the "athlete" QB but there's just something about Griffin that makes me like him. It's amazing how accurate he is, how well he throws on the move and how smart he is. To me, it's: Luck Barkley Griffin Jones Everyone else I'm still not sold on Moore as a franchise qb, but I'd be fine with adding him as a later round pick as insurance. | |

| Re: 2012 QB Class What about the idea of trying to sign Matt Flynn? He's a FA after this season and has looked pretty good in very limited action. I don't see how the Packers could afford to keep him nor why he would want re-sign when he could start elsewhere. |

| Re: 2012 QB Class Unless Beck tears it up and gets us into the playoff's , I would like for the Skins to add a F/A Qb and draft one in rd 1 or 2 . Flynn would be aguy Im sure they will consider . I wish I could play Qb at this level and lead the Skins ...... I would be the most popular guy on the Warpath !!! |
