Edit: even if he thought the fake girl was prettier i still commend him. He spent two days with her, but just couldnt get over the fact that she lied. So if she hadnt lied it sounds like there could have been something there. Not sure how you deduct me trying to humiliate Panda because of the fact that im interested in the details of his story but whatever.

it was months and months of lies before she finally came clean, then maybe another month before we actually met. she lived very far away.

During my single years i went on a couple of online sites. I was chatting with one girl and she seemed really nice and looked pretty. I sent her a picture of myself and the only thing you could see in the background was a small piece of my refrigirator. She replied that she wasnt interested because my kitchen looked like a pig sty. Lol. I remember looking at the picture like wow was their a pair of dirty boxers laying around? All i could find was a crooked magnet? Lol. That was the end of my online dating.

Your story is way to normal to compare to Te'o. Lol. Your dissapointment in finding out she lied slightly about her looks must have been alittle disheartening, so imagine how Te'o felt if indeed he was duped? My God.

I remember on Seinfeld when he pretended to be married so he could get a discount on dry cleaning but ended up getting "divorced" because he couldnt handle the responsibilities of a pretend marriage; it seems like MT can handle having a pretend girlfriend.

It's really too bad that there isn't anything interesting about the Redskins to discuss, so we're stuck obsessing over another guy's fake girlfriend. That being said, what is relevant here is how this is going to affect his draft value. Right now there is just no way of knowing; the mushroom cloud is still expanding so to speak, and it will be weeks before things settle down to the point at which reasonable judgements can be made by NFL squads about Te'o's mental condition (for lack of a better term).

I dont see Te'o being a great NFL player at all. He got shredded by the closest thing to an NFL offense he's ever played against in the championship game. He also does not have strong leadership skills (and has been described as "childlike" by peers and interviewers), which is something you absolutely need from the QB of your defense. I certainly wouldnt want us wasting our 2nd round pick on him.
