I expect the Skins to go best player available between CB and WR. Whose your pick?

I thinking 30%-35% chance they will be able to trade back. I really think it depends how they have the talent tiered on their board. I think Banks falls into strong second tier of CBs.

IMO We trade back with 49ers at 61 and then take Swearinger.
