| Re: Sammy Soza to the Nationals? Considering that he's fragile and damaged goods, no one has inquired about him. The word in the dominican is that it's a done deal...even though Bowden hasn't formally met with Sosa or his agents yet. Bowden wants to sign him to a minor league deal with incentives...and will probably be able to do so for the league minimum. A crowded outfield plus not many games utilizing the DH equals Sosa having to have a huge spring just to make the team.
