| Re: Lawsuit claims that Roberto Alomar has AIDS I heard about this on the news this morning. I swear to God the anchor said "not HIV but full-blown AIDS" just like in the Family Guy song. It was a strange moment. More seriously though, apprentally the woman claims that he has been sick for years but refuses to get tested. How crazy is that?

| Re: Lawsuit claims that Roberto Alomar has AIDS this is a strange case where we probaly have to wait until the facts come out. she claims he insisted on unprotected sex with her for 4 years yet she isnt HIV pos or have AIDS? this could honestly be a situation where someone brings a basisless embarrassing lawsuit against a known figure in hopes they settle out of fear from public embarrassment from the nature of the claim, true or not. her claimed damages (im assuming) of 10 mil is his negligent and or reckless (intentional disregard) potential exposure of her to the virus. these cases of people suing sex partners who knowingly had an STD and didnt disclose to the other person and didnt take measures to protect their partner are gaining alot of steam in courtrooms. |
