MANAGEMENT

Ernie Grunfeld: He got rid of Antonio Daniels, but had to take back Mike James in order to land Javaris Crittenton. A nice move because Crittenton showed real progress later in the year. Unable to move Etan Thomas, but I'm not sure anyone could manage that without throwing the first overall pick into the deal. Grade: C
