Re: Rutgers player paralyzed from hit

This is good news. A 20 to 30 percent of walking again is better than none.

More good news on LeGrand:

Paralyzed Eric LeGrand reports feeling body twitches - ESPN New York

This was such a scary hit and such an awful thing to see. I'm so glad he looks like he'll recover.

Re: Rutgers player paralyzed from hit

I wonder how much financial support he gets from Rutgers or college football.

Who knew that hard work had its rewards? Seriously though if that's not a true comeback story I don't know what is.

Re: Rutgers player paralyzed from hit

Awesome, it's always incredible to hear about people who come back from paralysis.

Kevin Evertt is fully recovered now, so hopefully this kid is on his way to that kind of miracle.

Remember Mike Utley? He still can't walk but he's working hard to make his life better and started a foundation to help players with spinal cord injuries.

Some, like Darryl Stingley aren't so lucky.
