I'm no Yanks fan but Robinson Cano is a monster. 2 more weeks in the season and he'd win the Triple Crown. 4/4 last night. 2 HRs, 6 RBIs. Yankees best Boston 14-2 to lock up the East and #1 seed. In his last 9 games, he's 24 for his last 39 with 10 extra-base hits, 14 RBIs and just 3 strikeouts. He hits the ball like RGIII throws a deep ball...makes it look so effortless. They're going to be tough to beat. Their #7 hitter has 43 HRs (Granderson, he his 2 last night and almost spoiled it for Miguel Cabrera). Even their #9 hitter Russell Martin has over 20 HRs. WS prediction: Yankees vs. Nats! So Strasberg is not coming back for the playoffs? Stupidity.

| Re: Official 2012 Nationals and Orioles Are In The ****ING MLB Postseason Thread!!!!! I think this extra WC spot is unnecessary since it's for a 1-game "play-in" game. I hate the play-in games for the NCAA basketball tournament too. With baseball especially, a 1-game series is a crapshoot.
