| Cheers is my all-time favorite show. Back in college I lived in a quad (old school quad with 4 guys in one room). Our room was in the corner of the building. We made a wood plaque that said cheers on it and stuck it to our door and the guys in the quad across the hall had a sign that said Ye Olde Towne Tavern (sp?). Thursday nights in our room was always a packed house. Ah, the good old days. Coach answers the phone, "Cheers, hold on a minute. Is there an Ernie Pantuso here?" Sam says to coach, "That's you coach." Coach puts the phone to his ear, "Speaking." That's classic. |
