| defense for redskins? i am trying to find the best defense for the reskins on madden 06 which one is the best and could you give me a reason and some tips as far as where i could put personnel so they could maximize thier potential |

| Re: defense for redskins? 4-3, engage eight, and rush the SS off the edge every single play... its cheesy, but no one will score more than 3-10 points on you most games.

| Re: defense for redskins? I've always used the 46. The computer can't run worth a damn against a stacked box and it's too dumb to audible. When is 'AI' in Madden actually going to be intelligent anyway? |

| Re: defense for redskins? I use the 4-3, Cover 3 defense on nearly every play, unless it's a 4th and short, then I use goal line blitzes and stop them. The Cover 3 works GREAT for me, I get a ton of interceptions, usually from LBs. I usually rush with Griffin. I have used the Engage 8 also...that's also a great one but it can leave you a little vulnerable to deep pass plays. |
