| F Lou Dobbs I cannot stand Lou Dobbs. I don't care about his political views and do not want to discuss them here, but I just find him the most egotistical bastard in the media. He's always self-promoting (Bill O'Reilly style). Another commentator labeled anti-globalization peeps "Lou Dobbs Dems" in passing, and now Dobbs is pimping that moniker as though he invented the the anti-globalization movement. He's a yellow-journalist/demagogue who can't get enough of himself. Again, I don't want to start a political debate, I just want to hate on Dobbs. http://www.cnn.com/2006/US/11/21/Dobbs.Nov22/index.html |

| Re: F Lou Dobbs I second the douchebaggery of Lou "Read My Book" Dobbs. He looks, acts, and talks like a pompous prick.

| Re: F Lou Dobbs somewhere along the line journalists and media people started thinking that they were/are the story. Limbaugh, Oreilley, Matthews,Kolter, and the rest( we all know who they are) have ascended by reporting distortions of the truth. by reporting strictly the truth, you get bunched in with everyone else, thus no one knows who you are. people like these type because of the slant they use in their stories. just about all republicans like Oreilley, and democrats like Olbermann, thus interpreting news the way they would like it to read

| Re: F Lou Dobbs They're not reporters. They're commentators. They are supposed to give opinions. The problem today is that there are far too many reporters who want to be commentators because that's where the money and prestige are. So our "news" gets conveniently mixed with opinion and natural bias and bing! now it isn't really news it is really newsinion. Dobbs and O'Reilly aren't the problem...the problem is that too many people care what they say. |

| Re: F Lou Dobbs The big show with Keith and Dan. I think they were also in a Hootie and the Blowfish video together right? The one with Dan Marino? They were the best. Craig Kilbron was always very good too I thought. What happened to him? I guess his show on CBS got cancelled. Never should have left the Daily Show. |

| Re: F Lou Dobbs "I Only Wanna Be With You" had several SportsCenter anchors. Olbermann seems to be among the mold of the O'Reilly/Limbaugh talking head, just polar opposites. Kilborn left the Late Late Show to pursue acting further. Craig Ferguson (Mr. Wick from Drew Carey Show) hosts it now.
