The Best Smoking and Grilling Forums

I found that place a couple of weeks ago and it is a treasure trove of great solid information about Smoking Meats. Many of the teams and people you see at BBQ Compititions post and answer posts at that forum. You can get recipes, advice of different smokers and even modification that will help whatever smoker you have.

At the top of that page are more links and one goes to a "Grilling Forum" but it's not near as active as the Smoking Forum.

Check it out and when you do you can find me by the handle "The Pit Pirate".
