| Re: Planet Earth I saw it. Great camera work and the overall scenery is amazing. I don't have an HD yet, but I could tell that's what it's made for. |

| Re: Planet Earth I saw the first hour and it was really cool. The footage of the great white jumping out of the water was one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. I hope they put the rest of the shows On Demand because I would love to check them out.

| Re: Planet Earth Yeah, they had three episodes starting at 8 last night. I think it's an 11 part series and they'll probably show repeats of it constantly because of how much money they put into it.

| Re: Planet Earth I recorded it on the DVR but haven't had a chance to watch it yet. I am looking forward to it though. Side note, anyone that does not have a TIVO or DVR is really missing out. It's the best thing I have ever gotten. I never miss a South Park or a Family Guy, or anything I want to see.

| Re: Planet Earth I missed the show last night but they will show it over and over again. Was the Great White jumping out of the water chasing a fake seal that they tow behind a boat? I've seen that footage on another show and it is really amazing footage. |

| Re: Planet Earth Nah, it was an actual seal. All the footage on Planet Earth is animals in their natural habitats without human involvement. They film alot of it with steady cams from choppers. |

| Re: Planet Earth I watched half of the ocean one On Demand last night, did anyone else see the part with the dolphins herding the mackerel close to the surface so they could get to them easier? It was amazing because the dolphins were able to work just like sheep dogs or something to herd this whole school of fish really close together. In the meantime these sea-birds would dive about 60 feet under the water to pick off the fish too. The whole thing was like some kind of organized chaos, it was really fascinating to see.
