| Re: Favorite Hot Sauce? that green one is good. Especially on chipotle....mmmmm. I also drop the smoked one and the classic one on top when i get chipotle. The three together are nice.

| Re: Favorite Hot Sauce? Yeah, exactly. That is why I bought some more Green Pepper Sauce. I went to Chipotle, and I realized I needed some. But the sauce goes soo good with other foods. I even had some of it on my pizza, and it tasted good.

| Re: Favorite Hot Sauce? Has anyone ever been to Pepper's in Key West? They had a hot sauce bar there, and I consider myself an aficionado of hot sauce and honestly, about halfway through the taste test, the guy puts on a glove and starts letting me sample them on a toothpick. There was one sauce that is 10,000 times hotter than police grade pepper spray. It like made my throat close up and my pupils dilate. ![]() I have this one at home, and I can put a splash of it in a HUGE pot of chili and it seriously will burn for hours.

| Re: Favorite Hot Sauce? I love hot food and I think I have a pretty high tolerance but there comes a point where it crosses the line. If my throat is closing and my eyes are dilating... I think it crossed the line. |

| Re: Favorite Hot Sauce? I use Frank's Red Hot. It tastes good but it really isn't all that spicey.

| Re: Favorite Hot Sauce? Can't go wrong with any flavor of Tabasco. I usually add Cholula to my eggs. Frank's Red Hot or Texas Pete is good too, as I use them as part of my Buffalo Wing sauce base. I'm the same way. I love how a good hot spicy food makes your mouth tingle. However, there's tingle, and there's 3 day numbness. I usually avoid anything that makes my throat close up.

| Re: Favorite Hot Sauce? I highly recommend ordering a couple of the extremely hot ones from the Pepper's website. I wouldn't use it in a concentrated form, but if you're making some kind of soup or chili and use a small amount, it gives a GREAT flavor to whatever you're cooking.

The wings over at Hard times cafe use franks as there main ingredient, and they're some of the best wings in the area. My freshman year I used texas petes to put on my ramen noodles. That is like a poor mans franks, but it still did the job.

| Re: Favorite Hot Sauce? Definitely. Good size, and if you get them grilled, they are very hard to beat.
