| Re: Facebook and MySpace: Hate it or love it? I have a myspace page but I don't spend much time on there at all. It's nice to find old friends, I've gotten in touch with 5-6 old school buddies since signing up so it's not bad in that respect. |

The one nice thing about MySpace is that a lot of really stupid people post a lot of really dumb "tell all" accounts of their weekend...like my 16 year old half sister who included my wife (yeah, she has a page) on as a friend. Unbeknownst to her, I read some of these accounts of parties and going someplace that's not where mom and dad think she is. Some of the stuff she wrote had my jaw dropping all the way down to the basement. So, I saved and printed the webpages for future use. The material I have could have her grounded for life + 20. By the way, I guess I don't think she's stupid (straight A student), just making some incredibly stupid decisions. Lesson #37, folks: Don't write anything down in cyberspace that someone can use against you.
