Hall on Wednesday and are now expected to charge him with the pre-mediated first-degree murder and aggravated kidnapping of Kelsey Smith, the 18-year-old Kansas woman who went missing last Saturday. The body of Kelsey Smith was found in a wooded area approximately 20 miles from the last place she was seen alive. Smith had gone to a Target store in Overland Park, a suburb of Kansas City, on Saturday to buy a gift for her boyfriend. |
