| Re: NFL Network's Future? The NFL wants 70 cents per subscriber per month? WTF? To put that into perspective, in the case of Comcast which has 12.7 million digital cable subscribers the NFL wants $106.68 million per year.

| Re: NFL Network's Future? I am not sure, I know me and my brother bought the directv equipment from wal-mart back in 1998 for my dad for christmas. My dad lives about 1/2 mile back in the woods and until he got directv he only had an antenna that picked up channels 3(PSU),6(NBC), and 10(CBS). So, when the NFL Network started back on the 4th of November 2003, dad got it. He never got the sunday ticket, he is too tight with his money to get the sunday ticket...

| Re: NFL Network's Future? Nothing is for free, you're paying for it every time you pay your bill. DirectTV isn't paying the NFL $700 million a year for nothing.
