| Re: Shootings at Delaware State University 45 minutes - this is where Dover Downs and the NASCAR event are scheduled to be on Sunday. Obviously, my thoughts and prayers go out to the afflicted and affected in this time of crisis. I hope that the shooter is found quickly, for the sake of that community.
