| Michael Wilbon recovering from heart attack M & M just announced that Wilbon suffererd a mild heart attack apparently yesterday. Best wishes to him as he is one of the sports guys I basically respect. Get well soon could not find a link, for all you link ferrets

But in all seriousness, I'm sure this will wake him up. I know he doesn't drink or smoke, hopefully this will encourage him to focus on diet and exercise. My stepdad had a heart attack last summer and subsequently needed a triple bypass. It's scary and a definite wake up call. All the best to Wilbon.
