For the fan's sake we need to have 2k back to making NFL football games again. EA sports is making a killing by just giving us nothing more than roster updates from year to year...

I'm not sure how getting "exclusive rights" from the NFL is not illegally monopolizing the professional football games market, because it does allow EA to ship crap out every year and not really even extensively test the games for flaws. It's very sad indeed.

I just hate how I can't play online for madden 08 on 360, since every person I play has some kind of glitch in the game where they sack me every play or get at least 7 yards of offense every play.

If 2k sports started making football games again, they would probably do the same thing as Madden people do, fix the roster(not comletely), add some dumb features, and vuala a brand new game for some genius to buy.

I disagree with your statement. When the 2k series was making NFL games they always up there game from year to year. I was a huge fan of there NFL game over any madden game from that time span. Every year I bought 2k's game no questions asked because they would improve from year to year. Everything about there game was better than madden and EA knew it so that is why they bought the rights to the NFL to legally exterminate any competitors that they may have. It then gives them the ability to become LAZY in there game development and they can go back to do what they did best, just hand out roster updates for $60 a pop...

I dunno about that, some years 2k games were kinda iffy, like the nba 2ks all they do in those is change the roster and the cover, and sometimes they just keep the same person on the cover, like they did for Shaq.

Maybe, maybe not, I can only comment on the NFL 2k series. I never played any of there any other sports games from the 2k group...

Trust me the 2k NBA's arent that great, the graphics are sup par, and the game play is decent, but the controls I like they are simple for the most part.

IMO, The NFL 2k games kicked the hell out of Madden everyday of the week and twice on sundays!!
