| Re: Post your cold remedies I remember in college when I would get a headcold I would down a pitcher of OJ in the course of about an hour. I doubt it actually did anything to get rid of the cold but it usually had a nice placebo effect. Hot showers are also a must.

| Re: Post your cold remedies I'm bumping this thread again for a few reasons: 1) because it's Cold/Flu season again 2) We have new members since this original post who may have their own holistic/home remedies and I'm always willing to try new things (as long as they don't cost an arm and a leg) 3) Because I swear to God I have the swine flu.

| Re: Post your cold remedies I used to just keep enough alcohol in my body so that nothing else could possibly live there and I would never get sick; unfortunately, it was getting to the point where I couldn't live there either.
