| Ramsey vs. Brunell Just curious to see who most of you start at QB. I tried to start Brunell but have been finding Ramsey to be a little easier to play with. I am just getting the hang of madden (a converted....back....from 2k series). so maybe that has something to do with it.... Just wondering what you guys do |

| In my franchise, Ramsey beat out Brunell. He just played a little better. I think part of the reason is I wasn't used to playing with a lefty QB. Oh well.

| Ramsey. As soon as Brunell starts bitching I trade his old cranky ass. |

| I simmed my first season and had Brunell set as the starter. For some reason Ramsey ended up playing the majority of the season and put up great numbers. Brunell wanted a trade so I gladly dealt him away. Ramsey is now in the high 90's. I used Ramsey throughout my entire '04 franchise so I'm just more comfortable with him. I didn't even try a game with Brunell, the lefty thing would take some getting used too I'm sure. |

| I also simmed through my first season and Ramsey ended up finishing the season as the starter. We went 11-5, but lost to the freaking Giants in the playoffs. Now I just started my first offseason and Brunell was crying about wanting to be traded, so I did to Oakland. I got 3rd rounder for him and picked up a strong safety in the draft. Ramsey is now a 93 in my franchise, and Portis, Arrington, and Coles are all 99's. |

| simming a season with brunell leads me to 8-8 records (-/+ 1), with ramsey its usually 11-5... found that interesting (did 2004 about 30 times over)... portis seems to fracture his forearm 50% of the time too, which is REALLY annoying...

| I re-signed and traded Ramsey away when his deal came up, I just got tired of playing with a QB who can't move. I drafted a guy who has 88 speed and 85 acceleration, his arm strength is only a 77 and accuracy only a 79 but the guy can run like the wind. He's on pace for 1000 yards rushing and rookie of the year honors. |

| funny thing about Brunell, after my first year where I traded him away and simmed my first season, in season 2 I played against him in the Super Bowl, he took the Dolphins to the bowl and had good #'s too. |

| I traded Brunell and Iffy to San Fransisco for a Their 1st and 2nd round picks. Then in the offseason I traded my 1st round and San Frans 2nd round to the Bears for their 1st round pick. I signed Brackens and was able to move him in the offseason for another 2nd round pick. Then I was able to package my 2nd and the 2nd I picked up for another 1st round pick. I had 3 1st round picks in the top 20 and was able to draft Marcus Spears from LSU, a TE and a rookie CB that took over the kick return duties after I released Morton.

| i've never had problems with a lefty QB...for some reason, when i create a team in NCAA, my QB is always left handed...so that doesn't bother me. Ramsey beat out Brunell in the Preseason...my guess was against 2nd string defenses, I was able to pummel them in the air with P-Ram. I'm currently 10-0 (started the franchise back in August, but got distracted with NCAA, NASCAR and Tiger Woods to say the least), and P-Ram, Portis and Coles are 1-2-3 for MVP. I'll most likely trade Brunell in the off-season, draft a QB in the late rounds and settle in.
