So then do u guys think white collar criminals should be getting the same sentences as rapists, murders, drugdealers, and what not? White collar criminals and minor offenders should be in seperate jails from the hardcore criminals, but I also believe they should have to serve their full sentence.

i think its unfair that you can steal orders and magnitude more than petty theft and end up with an order of magnitude less time...

so do I but it seems like a lot of people discussing it on the news or on the streets want her and people like her to be getting major time on par with the above mentioned criminals.

i'd like it to at least be on par with stealing of property amounting to X dollars, but unfortunately, that's not the case because its not a single victim.
