| Re: Joe's new book "Game plan for life" I've read some excerpts. I'm not quite as religious as Gibbs. But his ability as a leader of people is something I can only hope to half replicate. I may read the book to learn a little bit more about that.

It's easy for us to think of Gibbs' life as a glowing success from the start. But his true success didn't really happen the first 40 years of his life.
