| Re: The Health Care Reform Address Thread I like the bits and pieces of the plan that are from all sides. I think reform is an easy idea to accept, but it does need to be done right. All I am saying is the American People will get what they deserve. We have elected our officials and they hold all the cards. If you do not like what you get, please vote out the people who are preventing what you believe in.

Joe Wilson of South Carolina issued a statement Wednesday night apologizing for his outburst during President Obama's speech to Congress: “This evening I let my emotions get the best of me when listening to the President’s remarks regarding the coverage of illegal immigrants in the health care bill. While I disagree with the President’s statement, my comments were inappropriate and regrettable. I extend sincere apologies to the President for this lack of civility.”
