Technical support needed

I am not very tech savy but I am trying to learn.

First question. How do guys post links to articles, and videos? I know how to post a picture.

Second of all. Where can I download movies that will have a good picture and sound, and that will not harm my pc?

I would appreciate any advice. I ask people around me but they just go anywhere regardless of the risk to viruses and so on. I want to burn dvds thats why I am asking.

I have Windows 7 with McAfee for protection. Thanks
