(Dead)Aim Help.

Ok, I had to reformat so I'm reinstalling everything. For some reason my AIM window is always on top, which is driving me CRAZY. Maybe Im blind and frustrated but I can't find some way to let other things overrun it without minimizing! I know it's trivial, but once you get in a habit it's hard to change!
