| McDonald's Cashier Loses It This is disgusting. I hope the guy ends up going to jail for at least a decade. Not that the women he beat down with a metal rod were completely innocent but when he goes back for a second then third time it goes way beyond self defense. I hope they learned a life long lesson...it is never ok to do what they did to any human being, especially someone you don't know.

He did nothing wrong, yet was verbally and physically assaulted. Did he go a little too long, maybe? However, I also heard that he was telling them to stay down and not move, but they kept trying to get up. If I were on this jury, unless they had overwhelming evidence, I would never change my opinion that he was completely provoked and innocent of any damages civil or criminal.

| re: McDonald's Cashier Loses It gosh dang man . .every time alil tiny bit of violence pops off theres always this one lady who screams from the top of her lungs like shes witnessing some heinous crime against humanity. dont know why the guy decided to grab a rod though, just punch them once and be done with it and well within your legal rights of self defense. women seem to act more confrontational than guys to strangers nowadays imo.

I can't blame him for defending himself, BUT there was a point it went from defending to criminal behavior. Both of these individuals should go to jail, AND the other employees not stopping him should be fired as well. It's pathetic people sit back and watch shit like that happen without intervening. If they aren't fired, the manager should be.

With a metal rod? Not so sure...but I wasn't there. What other weapons did he have at his disposal? Where he enters jail land is when he doesn't stop and turns self-defense into uncontrolled rage. | re: McDonald's Cashier Loses It Damn. Yeah pretty much agree with NC and FRPLG. The woman shouldn't have jumped over the counter, so he was obviously within his right to defend himself. But once she's down he should've stopped. He took it too far and I think both of them are going to have to spend some time in jail as a result of it. |

Every person in that video from the women that thought it was alright to slap the guy and call him a pussy before jumping the counter to the guy that went nuts with a metal rod probably all had disturbing child hoods filled with violence and abuse.
