| I can't believe people actually can get away with this crap. This makes me remember a story i read a few years ago about a guy who married a russian woman only to be accused of raping her shortly after they were married. Apparently, it became somewhat of a trend for russian woman(mail order bride types) to get married so they could live in the United States. Once they were married they would accuse their husbands of raping them so the husbands would be in jail and/or out of the way. The woman were allowed to stay in the country becuase they were technically married. Basically a free pass to living in the United States ( all at the expense of innocent men). |

| freaking judges in this country are a menace...how does this happen if the judge is fair and balanced and ENFORCES the law rather than letting their biases and politically correct thinking screw up their decisions? |

| I had a judge convint me two weeks ago of reckless driving. I was NEVER on radar, the cop just said "You looked like you were speeding because the person I clocked in front of you was going too fast." I can't believe it help up in court.

| You go in without a lawyer? Gotta have a lawyer...Judges and prosecutors eat these type of things up when there's no lawyer. You're lucky they didn't end up convicting you of rape or something. Worthless bastards propagating unjustice everywhere in the name or upping their conviction rates and looking tough for promotions. |
