| Polar Plunge for VA Special Olympics I am proud to annouce I'll be hosting and MCing the 3rd Annual Polar Plunge for Virginia Special Olympics again this year. It snowed 6" yesterday with temps at around freezing and tomorrow [Sat.] will be the Polar Plunge which should make for some great pictures and cold toes. Last year almost $10,000 were raised for Virginia Special Olympics so I hope we have a great turn and can do the same this year. | Re: Polar Plunge for VA Special Olympics Wow - I really misread the title at first.... Sounds great Sammy - know the guy who played (I believe goalie) for a Special Olympics soccer team. The system they have setup is kinda interesting. (Every player is assigned a point value as far as their disability. They are only allowed to have X amount of points on the field at one time. Next time give us some more notice, SBF! I love to do crazy stuff! |
