| Re: Btk This morning on DC101's Elliot in the Morning, the topic of BTK and serial killers came up. Elliot was reading testimony? on the air, and it's quick scary and sick to think a human being can act that way. He also mentioned that there are around 50 serial killers on the loose, and about 300 that have thoughts of serial killing but haven't acted quite yet.
