Banta-Cain would be a decent (needs to be cheap) short term LB....if his groin surgery is ready for training camp.

Doesn't Banta-Cain play OLB? I think he's been mostly a backup during his time in NE, so if he came here to backup Orakpo or Kerrigan I'd be fine with that. Not sure how I'd feel about him starting at ILB though.

He'd be the perfect compliment to Torain if Torain can stay healthy. But then again I want to see what we have in Helu, I think Helu could be next in the long line of running backs to have excellent seasons under Shanny.
