This is the worst flavored koolaid I've ever tasted.
Deep down in our souls tho, we all agree with this post in general. But I do think Smith is better for this team specifically than Cousins.
I agree. It was time to move on from the Cousins situation and the Redskins did what they had to do. They may have got a better QB and paid less money for him. |
Re: Training Camp 2018
Doc is making great catches 1V1 ... We saw this last yr with TP. I hope he really is legit but I'm not drinking that Cherry Kool-Aid like last summer....

Re: Training Camp 2018
Yeah 1 v 1s don't mean a whole lot. No pass rush, no safety help over the top or linebackers in zone underneath.
So Doctson's performance isn't telling us anything we don't already know. Doctson can make acrobatic catches, we already knew that. The question is can he get open frequently enough in 11 v 11. I'm optimistic because Richardson and Reed will both draw more attention. Doc should have some space to work which should allow him to use his hops to his advantage. But that's the key - don't watch 1 v 1s, they don't tell you anything. Watch 11 v 11s and preseason snaps. |

He says he's as healthy as ever. Guice will also take a ton of pressure off |
Re: Training Camp 2018
I don't believe for a second that Reed will remain healthy long enough to have a good year.
The problem I have with Doctson is that he played like a p***y last season. He could not get off jams at the LOS and he was pushed around by smaller DB's all year long. Unless he has grown a pair during the offseason, he won't do much. So, I'm very skeptical about what we'll get from those two this season. |
Re: Training Camp 2018
the kool aid is thoroughly flowing through my veins, guys. Lol. Can't really help it with the potential our current roster has. My hope is that Alex really sinks himself into the offense, same with Guice. My real hope is that we finally have a strong defensive front and the coaches use it the best they can. It's always an exciting time, training camp and pre-season. Exciting in the sense that right now the whole league is equal. 0-0. This roset is capable, I hope the secondary really takes shape over this next month as well. We can only go up from here lol.

Per J Keim:
Quinton Dunbar has had a terrific camp. Just picked off a pass in the end zone. Good coverage on a fade to the corner for Davis. Maybe didn't get both feet in. Still a very good play. Maybe Dunny can replace Fuller/Bree |
