Lots of societal variables here. Gangs have filled the void of families. Gangs know juveniles won’t be prosecuted like adults. We won’t as a society prosecute juveniles like adults. I am willing to bet the moral compass of this individual is not on alignment with 99% on this site but I see this far more often than naught in the school. We chose this outcome as a nation this on us.

Grew up with guns, most kids did in my county, literally everyone had access to guns in their household, access to guns guns guns
