good game actually though. Washington proved they aren't that bad and it showed some team character.
Yeah, Moss' PF, Garcon kicking the ball, the couple other unsportsmanlike calls we got, the inept play on offense and defense, we showed A LOT of character.
Dude, appreciate the kind words, but you obviously didn't watch the game. The giants are hot garbage, any decent team with their starting QB beats them. |

Now we can look forward to another week of "Days of our lives" and finger pointing.

Progress tonight.. Our QB made some good throws with time. He was more accurate, and went to his second read. Progress.

Re: Giants vs. Skins Gameday Thread
Besides the last series. Game was a good watch. We are a bad team, and we don't make plays on the field when the time is given.
Decker makes plays today Jeffries makes plays today Eldermen makes plays today Rookie TE for the Eagles made plays today Who do we have that actually steps up and makes a play? We have Robinson dropping balls when he's 1v1 against a safety We have LB's dropping INT's We have Garcon dropping passes Davis dropping first downs Paulson dropping first downs Morris slipping a yard short of the 1st down Seems like we don't have the play makers. Nobody ever steps up for a good primetime performance besides RG3. Who seems so hard to make a play every down because he has NOBODY that'll give him a break when he gives them the chance. |
Re: Giants vs. Skins Gameday Thread
Feel like im watching my 7 yr old and his peewee team.

I think that happened by lucks sake with the cap penalty. McNabb and Morgan |

oh God,...no, I'm an adult who likes sports and doesn't act like a child if a favorite team loses. All things considered this was a good game to watch. Washington proved they aren't as inept as they looked earlier and that's a good thing. I picked Washington to lose but they still made a good effort |

Re: Giants vs. Skins Gameday Thread
Get this season over with, it hurts. Make some changes starting next week, play Gettis and Compton lets see our young WR, Minnifield, Amerson, Rambo. Can't be any worse than it is now.

McNabb and Morgan
Ok the trade for McNabb was bad and Morgan is what he is...the McNabb contract they gave him was a friendly on the teams side. |
Re: Giants vs. Skins Gameday Thread
This has nothing do with why we lost, but can we please stop running college plays? RGIII is never going to develop as an NFL quarterback in this offense. The pistol read option is a good change of pace to maybe use 3-5 times a game, but get rid of all that other crap like the triple option and all of these fake reverse bomb passes. Run the ball, play action pass the ball, and run a solid vertical passing game.

Re: Giants vs. Skins Gameday Thread
Shanny has to be gone. Undisciplined ball is on the coaching staff, especially the HC. He has lost the locker room. Cooke cursed this team when he didn't allow John to even have a shot at keeping the team. John probably would have hired a decent GM right away, and a lot of the BS would not have gone down. The way it is you are looking realistically at another 3-5 season rebuilding phase, but that is only if we get a REAL PLAN in place.

Well at least the Redskins are mathematically eliminated from the playoffs so we don't have to worry about that.

Maybe now we can start throwing the ball and not have our QB try to win games running a high school playbook. |
