Most time it ends a season. We're done. This is bad. So damn bad. We HAVE to hold them to a field goal. Come on and get here halftime.

Let's chill....it's early and a tied game.
That wasn't ARE's fault. That ball was very late.
He could have helped by not stopping and being aware of his surroundings.
so a torn tricep..how long does that keep him out?
torn triceps tend to be a season ender don't they? if not all season then a very large part of it.

I bet Heyer or Pucillo will be able to pick it up. They're no Randy Thomas, but I don't think it is a catastrophic loss (e.g., losing JC).

Try pushing anything with a torn tricep - it ain't happening. On the O-line, RT spends a lot of time pushing, so I'd guess he'll be out for a bit.

Re: Official Game Thread: Redskins at Eagles

well wonder if Thomas goes on IR and we pick up someone else this is getting to be terrible for our O-line

Re: Official Game Thread: Redskins at Eagles

If Thomas is done for the season (which I think a Torn Tricept may be)....That MAYBE the season right there

We just can't catch a break on the OL.

Losing Thomas will hurt.

I think we've been getting decent pressure. Still, I'd like to see more inside pressure so Carter (who goes wide) can get to McNabb. Griffin hasn't looked like Griffin in a while. Is he getting doubled?

jason campbell has no mid range passing game whatsoever. he never seems to know where to go and then forces it at the last second.

Re: Official Game Thread: Redskins at Eagles

After that pick, down three is just about best case scenario.

jsarno, I hear you about Randle-El. It was a timing route, and when the ball wasn't coming, he relaxed. That shouldn't happen, but you can't throw a timing route half a second late, either.

Regarding Thomas, I agree it is a HUGE loss. But, I don't think that it is the season. If our whole season hinges on a RG, we were never going to go far. I believe we can recover, even if it is a big blow.
