I've done a back flop off a high dive and it hurts like hell. It also knocks the wind out of you and there is nothing worse then having you body trying to gasp for air when your in the water.

I gave up on Tapatalk a while back. It's crap.

It was on my cellphone a couple of days back, but I do remember the signal being very bad. Not sure why I just kicked in today

Huge win for Misty and Kerri to finish their career together in beach volleyball. Gold medal for the 3rd straight Olympics is a pretty amazing feat.
