Re: Redskins 2015 Signings (and Re-Signings) Thread
well if that is true and we got Johson for THAT price..i LOVE the signing. young potential starter from a winning organization who automatically beefs up our ST.TWO thumbs up for this one. i honestly am liking ALL of our signings thus far. Now if SM can get us Cox and Gresham id be totally satisfied with our FA offseason...and we would be WINNING OFF THE FIELD in the RIGHT way. At this point i would just address the LB and OL thru the draft.... nothing at all left as far as RT goes in FA.

Folks, Johnson isn't even in town until Sunday. Per Keim, meet and greet dinner Sunday night, business meeting scheduled for Monday.

Re: Redskins 2015 Signings (and Re-Signings) Thread
ive heard and read its a Sunday and Monday meeting as well. and there is no news of his signing via Johnsons Twitter..of which he is very active.... so i doubt its actually a done deal yet...even moreso at that price..lol

Culliver is listed at 6 feet, 199 pounds, measuring in very similar to Breeland (5-11, 197). [B]His strengths also match Breeland’s strengths, making them a solid young cornerback pairing. there's a plan! I ... I ... just don't know what to do. Red is Blue. Up is down. The Skins are conducting an offseason like a well run professional team. I am so confused. |

Re: Redskins 2015 Signings (and Re-Signings) Thread
Here's the breakdown of Culliver's first two years of the deal. Still interested to see how his whole hit and run situation plays out. Sounds like his court date is set for April. Sounds like there is also a pending civil suit too.
2015 Base salary: $3 million Cap hit: $4.25 million Note: His base salary is fully guaranteed. 2016 Base salary: $8 million Cap hit: $9.25 million Note: His base salary is fully guaranteed. There is no cap savings if he were cut with a post-June 1 designation. Maybe we'll have a defense good enough to carry the offense.

With all the A+ moves Scot has made, I can't wait to see what he does in the draft.
