Don't know how much he'll demand but he's a solid receiver. Not sure about his deep threat though. Envoyé de mon SM-J320FN en utilisant Tapatalk |

He's a decent vet, but old, so vet min? Sure. Otherwise, meh. |

You may be right, I don't love that option either. But the number of #1WRs available in FA is shrinking. Landry got tagged, Watkins might get tagged. I read we could go after a guy like Paul Richardson, I like the idea of getting a young talented WR, but are we positive he's going to be our #1 ? Not likely, but I wouldn't hate it if we tried to trade for Jarvis Landry. If, like in the Smith trade, we were guaranteed to sign him long term, it would be a costly option, but on the long run, having a 25 years old Pro Bowler on your roster could turn out to be a good choice. Miami wasn't exactly great against the pass, maybe Cravens and pick(s) could get us Landry? (Again I know it's unlikely). |
Re: Redskins 2018 Off Season Re/Signings
Sammy Watkins might be a good fit for us. He's a deep threat with good hands (he only dropped one pass last season). He's only 25 years old.

But yeah if available he'd probably be our best option. Envoyé de mon SM-J320FN en utilisant Tapatalk |
Re: Redskins 2018 Off Season Re/Signings
Seems like it's always something w/ Sammy Watkins. He'll be the classic boom or bust signing in free agency.

Re: Redskins 2018 Off Season Re/Signings
If we could only sign one free agent prior to the draft, who would you want?
